It all started at Hillside Auto Body in a small town in Illinois. That’s where Jack David learned to paint and later applied that knowledge to resurfacing tubs and countertops for a company in Houston, TX. Originally from St. Louis, Jack and his wife Bonnie, decided to return to their roots and start a small resurfacing business of their own. Jack knocked on a few doors and Bonnie made a few calls and before long, Resurfacing Plus was born.

We are one of the first companies in the St. Louis area to provide resurfacing, exclusively serving the apartment industry.

Our company has remained small for more than 30 years. But our reputation is much bigger than our staff. We’ve always taken pride in running an honest and reliable business with professional yet personalized service.

Still a family company, Resurfacing Plus is now owned and managed by Jack’s son Chris David. His wife, Angela, runs the office and brother, Jeff, is an experienced technician. Chris and Jeff have both been involved in company operations for more than 16 years.
